Meet the owners

Daniel Goulet, Owner/Project Manager

I have been in the commercial flooring industry since I graduated from high school. Working my way up from a laborer, to an apprentice and eventually to lead foreman, I have been involved in every aspect of the commercial flooring business. I installed/supervised early into my 30’s and eventually made a permanent move to the office as a Project Manager. I managed to continue working full time in my mid-twenties, while attending SNHU, where I studied to get my bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration on Organizational Leadership. Owning and operating a business was always a goal of mine but I never would have thought it would be in the flooring business. However, the longer I spend in this industry, the more I realize the passion I have for it as well as the opportunities there are. I have met some incredible people over the years, many of whom have become like family to me, and as an owner I look forward to continuing that trend with people in the industry as well as with future employees and clients.

From a personal standpoint, I love hanging with friends and family. Four wheeling, hiking, disc golf, bowling, and any lawn game are some of my favorite things to do. I am also a passionate New England sports fan, Go Patriots!

Rob Millett, Owner/Estimator

In 2006, needing a job while taking part time courses in college, I took a warehouse manager position at a local flooring company. Much to my surprise I not only found the work gratifying but also took a sincere interest in the construction process and what made it all tick. My curiosity quickly morphed from how to best perform my own job to also understanding how the products functioned so I could better speak the language with the installers in the field. Since then I have performed most positions in the industry ranging from scheduling, office management, property management specialist, inside and outside sales, residential estimation, and ultimately landing on commercial project estimation. Attention to detail has always been a strong suit of mine so it is no surprise to me I feel right at home with a project manual and a set of plans. When I began my flooring career, I had no previous construction experience and quite frankly was never the best with my hands or with mathematics. It is both humbling and gratifying seeing how far I have come over the years and I have many people to be thankful for who have given me the opportunity along the way. Now Owning a business, I look forward to being able to pay that good will forward one day.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my wife and dog as often as possible, camping, playing sports and spending time with family and friends. I am proud to be a die-hard new England sports fan, often times to a fault.
